About Me

Welcome to my corner of the web!

With a background in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego, I'm deeply fascinated by the intersection of human behavior and technology.

My venture into experience research has transformed my perspective, refining my expertise in sustainable design and dynamic environments,  At Honda Research Institute, I integrate AI solutions to spearhead the design research of a field-test system, geared towards streamlining processes for future innovators. I am fueled by a passion for continuous learning and embracing life's experiences.

Reading. Traveling. Hiking.

Those are my three personalities. When I'm home, I generally can be found hunched over reading novels like Pride and Prejudice to human-behavioral texts like Thinking Fast and Slow. If I am not working or reading, I can see planning out my next hike. Even though I consider myself a night owl, I am always ready for a 4 am hike. I find it therapeutic to have the multi-sensory experience that one can find only in nature. This is where my third personality comes into the picture. I think that a combination of my love for learning and creating experiences lies culture. I consider myself a globe-trotter and have visited 25+ countries all over the world. My favorites include Iceland, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, and India.

Vroom Vroom to a More Mobile Future

In today's ever-evolving landscape, aligning new technologies with user needs is paramount. Our mission? To engineer a dynamic testing system that evaluates emerging technology in diverse field scenarios, fueling future innovation at 99P Labs and Honda Research Institute. Over the next 6 months, our team will partner with 99P Labs to develop this testing framework for future innovations. We're eager to embark on this journey and anticipate the transformative impact our project will have

An experience of a lifetime: Schloss Dagstuhl

During the week of July 4th, I was invited to fly out to Germany with my research lab to attend and help facilitate the Eat-IT: Interactive Food Seminar at Schloss Dagstuhl. I attended this seminar with the most limited information of the center and Germany, and came out with the most incredible memories and lifelong friends/ colleagues.
